Dianne Bailey, CSCS |
|
Dianne has been providing professional weight management and sports conditioning training for individuals since 2002. She has trained martial artists, soccer players, softball players, tri-athletes, basketball players, wrestlers and runners. She has worked with elderly clients in a “chair-based” fitness program and with young athletes vying for varsity positions. She has helped professionals who have a desire to lose weight and improve their overall fitness, and with others who have wanted to gain muscle mass for a better “beach look.” “I enjoy looking at the ‘puzzle’ of each client and determining what is needed to complete the picture.” Dianne’s own athletic background is in martial arts. She began her career as a Grappler learning Gracie Jujitsu as a practical form of self-defense. In 1995, she joined the American Taekwondo Association and received her 1st degree Black Belt in January, 1998. She earned her 4th degree Black Belt in February, 2008. In June, 2005, she coached her first client to the title of World Champion in Forms competition for the ATA. She teaches kickboxing classes, resistance band classes and fitball classes in addition to her one-on-one personal training sessions.
